We allow you to make limited copies of your travel program or hotel booking (& related documents) for travel or hotel reservation services booked through this Site, you agree not to otherwise modify, copy, distribute, transmit, display, perform, reproduce, publish, license, create derivative works from, transfer, or sell or re-sell any information, software, products and/or services obtained from or through this Website. You shall not use this Site to make any speculative, false and/or fraudulent Request(s) in anticipation of demand. You also agree not to access, monitor or copy any content or information of this Website using any robot, spider, scraper or other automated means and/or any manual process for any purpose without our express written permission. You cannot incorporate any part of this Website into any other website without our prior written authorization. In addition, we retain the right to remove any material or posting you make on the Site if, in our opinion, such material does not comply with our Terms & Conditions.
No Copy, Distribution, and/or Sale any part of the Content in any form!
It is a condition of use of this Site that all the details you provide should be correct, current, and complete. If myflightmart.com believes the details provided are not correct, current, or complete, we reserve the right to terminate the access to the Site, or any of its resources thereof at any time, without notice.
Third Parties' Account Information
When you use this Site to submit Requests for or on behalf of a third-party ("Third-party"), such as a family member and/or a traveling companion, you're solely responsible for any inaccuracy in the information provided in connection with such use; including, but not limited to, the billing address and phone number of the credit card holder. These should match what is on file with their financial institution ("Banks", "payment gateways"). Add to this, you must enlighten the Third-party about all Terms and Conditions applicable to all products or services acquired by myflightmart. Also, it is the duty of the User to notify us immediately for any unauthorized use of their password or account or any other breach of security. myflightmart.com will not be liable for any, either with or without his knowledge. User(s) are directly responsible for any Request submitted including for total charges & performance obligations.
Cancel & Exchange
User(s) warrant to abide by the Terms Or Conditions of purchase imposed by any Travel Service Provider, whether that Travel Service Provider(TSP) is chosen by user(s) or by us, including, but not limited to, transactions when due and compliance with the Travel Service Provider's rules and restrictions regarding availability and use of fares, hotel booking, products, and/or services. All airline tickets and hotel reservations are 100% non-refundable but in certain cases where the Airline/ Travel Service and Hotel Provider may allow cancellations, a credit may be valid towards a future ticket purchase or hotel booking by the same traveler with travel on the same airline or while book the reserved hotel. TSP may impose an applicable penalty and a fare difference (if any) in cancellation related cases. Noted that we do not guarantee any cancellation. User(s) will have to the pay fare difference (if any) plus applicable TSP penalties for that fare and myflightmart.com's exchange fee. User(s) shall be solely responsible for all charges, fees, duties, taxes, & assessments arise out of the use of this Site. We encourage User(s) read our Refunds Policy and Change Policy when User(s) wish to either cancel or exchange the air tickets and hotel reservations for new dates/routing.
Cancel and Refund
Please note that, all of our airline tickets, hotels, pre-paid car rentals, vacation packages and service fees are non-refundable, non-endorsable and non-changeable. But if User(s) own Trip protection insurance and not commenced travel yet, user(s) are eligible for refundable process within 10 days of purchase. For this, user(s) will need to contact our customer service center for cancellation. We may only accept refund request for the subsequent conditions given below:
- The fare rules provide for cancellation and refunds
- User not a "no show" and
- Our ability to secure waivers from TSP(s).
All refund requests are processed/executed in a sequential format. But we're not able to provide a specific timeline for how long this process may take. When our customer service agent received User's cancellation/refund request, we'll provide an email notification as an acknowledgement with a tracking number. After reception of your request, we will proceed with the Travel Service Provider(s) including airlines, hotels, car-rental companies to generate a waiver based on their Rules and will notify user of the supplier decision. Please note we're dependent on the suppliers and do not guarantee for receiving the requested refunds. If such refund request is not processed by the supplier, we will refund user(s) our refund processing fees, but not our previously charged service fees for the original travel reservation or hotel bookings.
User(s) agree that booking/ reservation done through this Site are subject to the Terms and Conditions of the applicable TSP(s). All booking(s)/reservation(s) are not guaranteed until ticketed. In certain cases, even after the confirmation of a reservation, the fare may change as revised by the Travel Service Provider. We will notify you of any fare changes and never retain any responsibility - financial or otherwise for any such fare changes. We cannot honour the price that was originally listed by the TSP. All we can do is notify you of the new fare and allow you to either cancel or still purchase the products/service(s) at the new cost. We will not charge any fees for cancelling such a booking or reservation.
Credit/Debit Card Payments
For easier payment facility, we accept all credit cards that must have a verifiable US, Canadian or other country billing address. To view the list of countries where credit card(s) are accepted, click the drop menu down in the check-out page.
For any reason, if User(s) credit card is declined, we may notify user within 72 hours. Please note that submitting the credit card does not guarantee ticketing. Also myflightmart.com is not responsible in the event if your credit or debit card is not approved or charged.
There can be many reasons why your credit or debit card may not have been approved or charged. For examples;
- TSP(s) could not confirm the booking as fare increased since payment information was submitted & prior to ticketing.
- Unavailability of sufficient funds not available on the credit card.
myflightmart.com uses stringent safety measures for credit card payment processing. User(s) warrant being liable & responsible for any and all credit card payments. Of course, User(s) agree to reimburse myflightmart.com in cases of charge back or credit card disputes where user(s) have genuinely purchased a product/service on our site. If there certain transactions are found to be high risk by our systems, we will not process such transactions unless our verification team confirmed that it's safe to process them. In order to establish validity of such transactions, we may contact user(s) or their respective bank(s).
Credit Card Declines
At the time of processing the transaction, user's credit card declines for various reasons. We endeavor to notify you by e-mail within 72 hours. Please note in any case if your credit card has been declined, the transaction will not be processed. We do not guarantee for the fare change and any other booking details. If there is a fare change from the TSP, we provide user(s) with the alternative options either accept or cancel the booking at no cost. For such cases, there will be no service fees charged.
Baggage Policy and Fees
User(s)/ you agree to pay for certain services and/ or if you exceed certain limits as dictated by the airline, such as the number of bags or weight allowed. If you have excess baggage, you have to pay any excess baggage fee assessed by each airline. Please note some airlines do not offer a free baggage allowance, so we recommend you to contact the airline directly for the latest fees on check baggage & policy. Baggage fees depend on the size and weight of the bag and also per checked bag. In case of connecting flights, user(s) may have to reclaim their bag(s) at the connecting airport and check-in again to continue their journey.
myflightmart.com reserves the right to charge listing fees for certain listings, as well as transaction fees based on certain completed transactions using the services. Further we preserve the right to amend any and all fees from time to time, without notice.
We may also charge a fee for the service provides when you book and/or reserve travel services, or accommodations through the Site (myflightmart.com). In addition, you (user) will be responsible for all charges, fees, duties, taxes, & assessment arising out of your use of the Products and Services available from the Site. The user shall request us for any refunds and would accordingly be processed as per the defined policies of myflightmart.com and business partners as the case may be.
